Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position will have responsibility for all operational aspects in the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and menu management. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of restaurant management experience, with the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to oversee all daily operations within the restaurant. Responsibilities will include managing staffing and budgets, ensuring food quality, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing customer service as needed. The Manager will be expected to take initiative in marketing the restaurant, overseeing special events, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Candidate

β€’ 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
β€’ Knowledge of local regulations and food safety requirements
β€’ Proven experience in budgeting and financial management
β€’ Ability to handle customer enquires in a professional manner
β€’ Fluency
