Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a motivated, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations in our restaurant, from managing staff and working to maintain high standards of food quality and service to ensuring prudent financial management.

In this role, you will ensure that our restaurant exceeds customer satisfaction goals. This includes ensuring that customers' food and beverage orders are prepared in a timely manner and the dining area is kept clean, orderly, and attractive at all times. You must have the ability to resolve customer complaints in a polite, courteous manner and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels to ensure product availability. You will supervise staff, set goals, administer discipline, and conduct performance reviews. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to provide effective leadership, delegation, and direction.
