Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, organized Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a salary of 1,100 per month and offers the opportunity for an immigrant to join our team. As Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department’s staff, as well as managing daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage office operations, including purchasing office and kitchen supplies, ordering stationary, and organizing necessary documents
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and taking messages for the staff.
- Maintain the filing system, ensure documents and records are up-to-date, and maintain an effective filing structure
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
- Assist in preparing and managing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain employee contact directories
- Manage calendars and schedules
