We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our fine dining restaurant in Dubai. This prestigious role brings the opportunity to work with Dubai's highest-end clientele in a stunning, vibrant and multicultural setting.

As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for maintaining the restaurant's wine stock, including updating inventory, reviewing suppliers and ensuring quality. You will also be in charge of advising guests on food and wine pairings, helping them select the perfect fine wine for their meal.

You will provide exceptional customer service while also having a good knowledge of wine regions, varietals and vintages. The ideal candidate is somebody who is passionate about food and wine, immerses themselves in the culture of our restaurant, and has the proven ability to understand, present and serve high quality wines.
