We are a real estate development firm in Doha, seeking an experienced Business Manager. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our strategic business goals, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading our team, and driving and managing project initiatives.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in business management. Business acumen, problem solving and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

As Business Manager, you will work closely with our executives to review and analyze market conditions, build strategies, and develop business solutions for our current and future projects. You will also direct efforts of staff, manage team productivity, and lead yearly business objectives.
