We are now looking for an Executive Chef in Ras-al-Khaimah with salary of AED 1300. We are willing to consider foreigners for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a culinary team, ordering and maintaining supplies, designing menus and developing new recipes. He/she must be able to design new cooking concepts for the restaurant and manage the kitchen team to create delicious and innovative dishes.

The ideal individual will work with the General Manager to design the menu and ensure its quality. He/She must possess an excellent eye for detail and a deep understanding of cultural and regional cuisines.

The Executive Chef must be able to easily switch between different tasks and have excellent problem solving skills. He/She must have an understanding of food safety standards and have the ability to motivate the culinary team.
