We are an established and well-known organisation based in Al-Kuwait, and we are now seeking an experienced and professional Secretary to join our team.

As a Secretary with us, you will play a vital role in helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office. Specific responsibilities include: reception tasks, taking and making calls, responding to email and post, arranging appointments, providing administrative support to staff, and providing other general office administration.

The successful candidate should have excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, as well as effective communication both orally and in writing. Candidates should also be able to develop positive working relationships, and possess expert computer skills, including the use of Office suite programs such as Word and Excel.

This is a full-time role offering a salary of 1100 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
