EXECUTIVE CHEF JOB - DOHA, QATAR

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to manage the Kitchen operations of our restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 QAR and we are open to considering a foreign candidate for the role.

Job Description
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the kitchen, including menu development, planning, budgeting, scheduling staff and food production. He/she will be in charge of creating new recipes, defining and maintaining standards for preparation, quality, presentation and all other aspects of foodservice. The Executive Chef will also manage kitchen inventory, equipment, maintenance and kitchen sanitation.

Demands of the Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, excellent personnel management and communication skills, knowledge of food safety, a high standard of efficiency in food production,
