Job Description

This position is to ensure that our business operations are managed efficiently and effectively to meet our customer’s needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements for the Candidate
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory position
• Have excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers, team members, and other management staff
• Experience with managing budgets, conducting performance assessments and staff training
• Must speak, read, and write fluently in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours and relocate if required
