Executive/Head Chef

JOB BRIEF:

As an Executive Chef or Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items. Your duties include hiring and training staff to cook their dishes according to company standards, keeping track of supplies, stock and kitchen expenses. Expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of kitchen operations and creating dishes to add to the menu. Executive Chefs complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory.
