Technical Sales executive Responsibilities
- Researching and Sourcing potential Customers
- Explaining Technical features of a product to Customers
- Addressing Customer queries and advising them on various Technological upgrades
- Running of Sponsored ads
- Generating Leads
- Content Calendar Creation
- Setting KPIs (Key performance indicator) for social media Campaigns, such as Targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a Campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
- Interacting with Customers and other Stakeholders via the Company’s Social Media accounts.
- Working with Marketing professionals to develop social Media Marketing campaigns and developing sales Lead
- Respond to Dms from customers on social media platform
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders
- Planning and Drafting Customer proposals
- Generating Sales receipt and maintaining a documentation of the same
- Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
- Researching the Market Trends and learning about new Technology product
- Meeting Sales quota and commission goals
- Overseeing Product installations
