Responsibilities Include:

- Design and develop new processes for the development of products from conception to launch.
- Develop processes for optimizing existing products to maximize efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes.
- Monitor and analyze processes to identify and resolve problems.
- Ensure that plant and laboratory operations are in compliance with applicable standards, laws and regulations.
- Follow necessary safety practices to guarantee a safe working environment.
