We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Doha!

The role requires exceptional customer service and strong problem-solving skills to efficiently and accurately handle customer transactions. You will work with customers in person and over the phone, process payments for goods, services and oversee refunds. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all cash and card transactions quickly and accurately

• Verify and record payments from customers
• Keep records of all transactions, prepare daily summary of cash register
• Provide excellent customer service, answer any customer inquiries
• Monitor stock and inform about low products situation
• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a cashier
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
