Responsibilities:

• Designing personalized fitness programs for clients
• Implementing warm-ups, strength-building and flexibility exercises
• Providing appropriate and safe supervision of clients throughout the training programs
• Monitoring clients’ progress to ensure achievement of personal goals
• Motivate and educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of anatomy and exercise progressions
• Experience in exercise, nutrition and overall health
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and co-workers
• Current CPR/AED certification
