Job Description:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for carrying out medication reviews, counseling patients about the use of their medications, and participating in teaching programs for medical students, interns and other healthcare professionals. Duties will also include providing medication information to healthcare providers, pharmacists and the public, monitoring patient progress, and optimizing drug therapy outcomes.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field with successful completion of licensure and any applicable certifications

• Proven experience with dispensing medications, patient counseling, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing pharmaceutical inventory

• Excellent knowledge of all regulations related to pharmacy services

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
