Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai with a salary of 1000 Dhs/month and we are prepared to consider an immigrant for the position.

We are seeking an experienced and high achieving individual who is passionate about all aspects of managing a busy and successful restaurant. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant business, possess excellent skills in all areas of restaurant operations, have a proven record in increasing profits, and must have excellent customer service and staff management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the restaurant's operating strategy, achieving financial and operational goals, and driving customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will also be in charge of managing the staff, ensure food safety and quality, ensure employee training and compliance; promote promotions and community activities, and regularly respond to customer feedback and complaints.
