Aim of the PositionAs Hotel Controller, you will control and manage all the aspects related to the Hotel Cost Control, providing an expert financial point of view and contributing to proactively driving business results through analysis and reportingMain ResponsibilitiesPreparing daily food cost, reporting and reconciling any discrepancies in the F&B invoices; Supporting the on board departments by analyzing statistics to anticipate needs and solve issues recommending actions to maximize financial return (target vs actual); Providing analysis on food outlets marginality, according to the cost of electronic orders, producing reports on operational KPI (number of covers, % of occupancy, % of free guests…) and analyzing food cost by station impact and trend;
