Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Secretary to join our team at Al-Kuwait.

As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative duties of the office. You must be able to handle administrative tasks such as filing, typing, photocopying, scanning and managing reports. You must also be able to transcribe audio and video recordings, maintain database and update records, and prepare correspondence.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. In addition, you must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience.

We offer a competitive salary of 900KWD and the chance to be part of a great team in an exciting organization. We are also open to hiring foreign nationals.
