We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah!

Candidate Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills
β€’ Positive attitude, team player and ability to work independently
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities

β€’ Provide administrative support to all departments
β€’ Greet clients and visitors and respond to inquiries
β€’ Plan and coordinate office events and activities
β€’ Maintain hard-copy and electronic filing systems
β€’ Maintain office supplies and stationery stock
β€’ Perform data entry and filing tasks
β€’ Prepare and submit reports regularly
β€’ Monitor the use of office equipment, including the telephone system and photocopier
β€’ Monitor daily operations and ensure the smooth
