The right candidate will have exceptional culinary skills, know how to create high caliber dishes, and must possess up-to-date knowledge of food trends. He or she must also have strong leadership skills and possess the ability to effectively manage a staff of culinary professionals.

The Executive Chef must ensure that all recipes, preparations and presentations meet the high standards of our establishment. He/she should be organized, with an expert knowledge of food safety standards. This individual will also be responsible for controlling costs, cultivating client relationships and maintaining a positive attitude in the kitchen.
