To be a successful applicant, you'll need to have at least two years of experience in a related field, as well as a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles. Possessing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is an advantage. Additionally, you'll need to be an excellent communicator and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
