The role requires the coordination, training, and management of the kitchen brigade and must ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and safety are met. It is the responsibility of the Executive Chef to create and cost new menus and dishes, manage special dietary requirements and ensure stock control, ordering, and invoicing.
