Job Description

As a Sommelier, the successful candidate will need to be knowledgeable about wines and other alcoholic beverages. Specific duties include: designing beverage menus, suggesting food and beverage pairings, keeping up with industry trends and developments, overseeing wine and spirits inventory, suggesting seasonal purchases, and ensuring that quality standards for alcoholic beverages are met. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting educational seminars and leading wine-pairing dinners.
