We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant join our team based in Sharjah. We offer an excellent salary of AED 1200, and considered experience of a foreigner for this position.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. You will be expected to provide support to our office staff and facilitate activities related to office operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls

- Maintain and update office records
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Facilitate mail services, photocopying and scanning tasks
- Provide administrative support for special projects and other activities
- Ensure smooth flow of office operations by taking care of general office tasks
- Provide assistance with event planning and other tasks as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven office assistant experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Hands-on experience with MS Office applications
