We are currently hiring an Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a starting salary of 900 AED per month. We are open to both natives and foreigners for this role.

The Office Assistant will provide high-level administrative support in a professional and courteous manner. This role involves performing administrative tasks including mail distribution, inventory control and maintaining the office staff's schedule. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for filing, customer service, and providing documents and general information to visitors.

The Office Assistant will also be required to make travel arrangements, provide basic bookkeeping and financial support, as well as assist with special projects and other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
