We are currently on the hunt for a passionate Sommelier to join our team here in Dubai.

As the Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable guidance on the selection of wines and other beverages for our clients. You will also be in charge of caring for, storing and maintaining an extensive wine list.

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in wine and food service, a person who possesses an excellent level of knowledge in the service of wines, spirits, and cocktails. Furthermore, you should have great customer service skills, be organized and able to work independently. Communication and leadership skills are essential. Experience in a similar role is highly appreciated.

From a practical point of view, you will be expected to maximize the wine and beverage selection of the restaurant, keep up with the current trends in both the food and beverage industry, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience.
