As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the success of our kitchen operations and the overall quality and presentation of our food – from daily menus, to special events.

As our Executive Chef, you will lead, plan and develop kitchen operations in accordance with our standards. You will be responsible for menu development, costing and pricing of menus, and ensuring the successful coordination of services and resources. You will need to exhibit the highest level of culinary creativity, cost and quality control and consistent quality. You will need exceptional organizational and leadership competencies along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
