The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that quality of work is maintained at all times. They will report to the Manager and will use their leadership skills to promote an environment of collaboration and success.

Additional requirements include excellent communication and organizational skills, strong problem solving skills, and an ability to think creatively. Working knowledge of relevant software programs is a plus as well. We also expect minimal work experience, but are open to considering an immigrant who can demonstrate the right qualities.
