The role will suit someone who is comfortable with the sauce and larder sections, and some knowledge of pastry would be an advantage though not essential. You will be supported by a team that has amassed decades of high-level experience. Some experience in event cooking will be useful, especially during the summer.

The hotel operates all year round and you will be awarded a 42.5-hour contract.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work and machinery.
