Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Lead F&B team by participating in recruitment, training and appraisal of talent

Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Monitors all F&B par stocks and initiates spot checks on expiry dates of all items in the F&B Department

Monitors on breakage, costs and expenses and ensure proper handling of all FF&E and
operating equipment

Ensure that the hotel always complies with local health authority regulations

Controls and approves all F&B payroll related documents, prior to their submission to
the HR Department within stipulated timelines

Keeps self-updated on all business activities of equal competitors and changing industry trends

Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution
