Front Office Manager/ Tourism/Hotel Management

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue generation strategy in liaison with the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Handling guests’ requests and complaints/feedback
  • Supporting, training, and supervise front office staff
  • Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
  • Owning the guest review system, handling guest feedback and special requests.
  • Scheduling and managing staff shift/schedules
  • Management of materials control for the front office department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with last 2 years in one property of international standard
  • Guest services or management experience
  • Ability to deal efficiently with complaints exhibiting a solid customer service approach
  • The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
