Front Office Manager/ Tourism/Hotel Management

Responsibilities

Driving revenue generation strategy in liaison with the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing
Handling guests’ requests and complaints/feedback
Supporting, training, and supervise front office staff
Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
Owning the guest review system, handling guest feedback and special requests.
Scheduling and managing staff shift/schedules
Management of materials control for the front office department

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with last 2 years in one property of international standard
Guest services or management experience
Ability to deal efficiently with complaints exhibiting a solid customer service approach
The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.
