Responsibilities

a) Meet the comfort requirements of the hotel guests.

b) Drive in a safe and efficient manner

c) Assist guests in any travel or destination issues by applying his knowledge of the local area.

d) File and record the timings for which the vehicle was used and the purpose to his superior.

e) Comply will all traffic/road rules and regulations while following the policies of the hotel.

f) Ensure that guests are wearing a seat belt.

g) Maintain good coordination with the hotel’s airport representative.

h) Maintain a positive and professional conversation with the guest.

i) Assist guest in carrying luggage.
