The Butler takes care of: Unpacking and packing of suitcases; Re-stocking minibar; Serving in-suite breakfast/lunch/dinner, canapes and other items; Looking for laundry requests of the guests; Arranging personal items for the guests; Making dinner/spa reservations; Preparing the bath; Shoe polishing; Gathering guest history and their preferences; As a Butler, you are the main contact for the guests in your section of 15 suites. Whether it’s arranging a tour, ensuring their suite is clean, preparing for a special occasion or serving dinner, you are responsible for your guests stay. You will be working with a Suite Attendant, to ensure that your guests have a truly luxurious experience. Applicants should have keen eye for details, be guest service oriented and full of passion for this role.
