We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join a newly opened office in Abu-Dhabi. The position carries a salary of 1100 per month and we are ready to consider foreign citizens.

The Office Assistant will be responsible to provide administrative support to the office and help to ensure its efficient working. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing receptionist and telephone services, maintaining day-to-day operations and handling supplies and other office tasks.

Ideally, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience working in an office setting. Knowledge of accounts software, scheduling and grooming software are also qualities that the successful candidate should possess. In addition, the Office Assistant should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibly.
