We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office Assistant in Sharjah.

This role will involve working closely with the Office Manager to create a stress-free environment for employees. We offer a competitive salary of AED1100 for this role and no experience is required.

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and computer skills. Additionally, knowledge of office practices, protocols and procedures and keen attention to detail are very important.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Answering and directing incoming calls

- Creating and managing all relevant paperwork and filing

- Maintaining an organized office environment

- Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks, reports and presentations

- Supporting all other staff in specified areas
