Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner • Ensure that all orders are accurate and served to the highest standards • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner • Ensure that all tables are properly set up and maintained • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: • At least 4 years of relevant experience • Good level of persuasion skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to stand for long periods of time
