Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and ambitious Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will support our team on a full-time basis with a salary of 1400. We are open to considering candidates from abroad, with no experience required.

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage daily administrative tasks and support the senior staff members with their duties.
β€’ Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondences.
β€’ Maintain filing systems, databases and other records as required.
β€’ High level of customer service to visitors and clients.
β€’ Effectively and professionally managing telephone calls and emails.
β€’ Handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
β€’ Any other administrative assistance as required.

Job Requirements and Skills:
β€’ Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
