Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and ambitious Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will support our team on a full-time basis with a salary of 1400. We are open to considering candidates from abroad, with no experience required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks and support the senior staff members with their duties.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondences.
• Maintain filing systems, databases and other records as required.
• High level of customer service to visitors and clients.
• Effectively and professionally managing telephone calls and emails.
• Handle confidential information in a discreet manner.
• Any other administrative assistance as required.

Job Requirements and Skills:
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks
