Job description Reporting to the Catering Manager, the Shop Manager takes care about the shop’s management (bars, restaurants, self-services, shops) on board ferries that operate on the Mediterranean basin (Balearic Sea). The role imposes to stay aboard during all the shipboard job. Main duties: Application of all cash collection procedures. Record and issue of sales receipts while purchasing. Check of daily cash register incomes for all shops on board.

• Manage shops’ opening and closure duties.
• Product selling.
• Arrange and restock food and all other goods following shops’ needs.
• Organize goods to display in the shop and on its windows. Refill of missing products.
• Check and verify inventory.
• Cooperate with the Catering Manager and the Ligabue Team for a proper catering order.
