We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our luxury restaurant in Dubai. As part of our team of experts, you will provide guests with the highest level of service and knowledge in the world of wine.

Job Description

The Sommelier's role will be to lead the wine service and sales in our restaurant, by providing guests with exceptional knowledge and opportunities for improving their experience with our wines. You will be expected to work closely with the restaurant team and assist in menu planning and selection of suitable wines for our dishes.

Responsibilities

* Provide guests with an exceptional knowledge of wine and provide informed recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
* Advise our chefs on which wines will pair perfectly with certain dishes, taking into account both guests’ preferences and budget.
* Monitor stock levels, organise tastings and monthly events and build relationships with suppliers.
* Develop a secure and orderly storage system for our wines
