Assistant Secretary (Doha, Qatar)

We have an opening for an Assistant Secretary in our Doha office. The successful candidate will join our professional and welcoming environment and will be part of a unique and innovative team.

We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 1 year experience as an assistant secretary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to quickly adapt to a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to all departments within the company
• Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings
• Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence
• Prepare, compose and compose outgoing letters, memos and emails
• Create documents and spreadsheets
• Perform office management tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Proficiency in MS
