Job Title: Secretary

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1200 QR monthly

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and professional candidate to take on a fast-paced and rewarding role with a company in the finance sector.

The successful candidate's core responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the office, managing daily duties for the team, organising and maintaining filing systems, taking phone calls and responding to enquiries, and keeping records up-to-date. Additionally, they will also be required to provide the executive level of support including planning meetings, organising travel and accommodation, and organising office operations.

This position is open for those with experience or for those who are just starting out and have no experience, as long as the candidate has the necessary skills.

Skills and qualifications required:

• A university degree in finance, business administration
