Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary in Al-Kuwait to provide administrative, secretarial and organizational support to senior management and departments.

Responsibilities:
• Take on administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, taking minutes, filing documents, producing reports and organizing corporate events
• Developing and maintaining filing and database systems
• Participating in various company projects and boards
• Performing research and data analysis
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and queries

Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a related field
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of standard office software and equipment
• Ability to remain organized in a busy office environment
• Prior experience as a secretary or in a related position is preferred

This position offers a salary of 1700 per month. The position is open to both Kuwaiti nationals and foreign candidates.
