Office assistant in Ajman, UAE

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As the company’s Office Assistant you will play a key role in the smooth running of our office, providing support to our busy working environment.

Responsibilities of this role include taking responsibility for the day-to-day tasks in the office: answering phones, coordinating mail and filing paperwork, managing office supplies, typing and copying documents, assisting with office events, scanning and filing documents as needed, and providing general customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security of all confidential information.

The right candidate for this job should have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and an ability to adhere to established policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. We would also prefer prior office administrative experience, though we are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.
