We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our dining team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing innovative cuisines and creating mouth-watering dishes for our guests.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and have the talent to develop ideas that deliver the highest standard of gastronomic excellence. Along with excellent technical and managerial skills, the successful Executive Chef must be able to lead a diverse team of professional chefs and have the vision to transform a restaurant.

The responsibilities will include managing the entire team in the kitchen, supervising all food preparation, designing menus, and training and coaching junior chefs. The position will also involve budget and cost control, health and safety regulations, and kitchen organisation.
