Job Description:

We are looking for a Chef who can work independently and as part of a team. As the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all meals and maintaining the highest of standards across all food production. You'll take a creative approach to the design of the menu and deliver outstanding dishes, with a focus on sustainability, while remaining within budgetary considerations. You will also be responsible for the organization and supervision of other kitchen staff and will work closely with other dining staff to ensure flawless service.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
• High level of creativity and excellent culinary skills
