We are a multi-specialty medical clinic looking for an experienced Dietitian to join our team. This is a great opportunity for qualified individuals to practice in a diverse and welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with our medical staff and other health practitioners to ensure our patients are provided with nutrition plans and advice that meet their individual needs. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is able to motivate and inspire our patients.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting nutrition assessments, analyzing patient diet histories and delivering personalized nutrition plans
• Counseling patients on diet and nutrition-related matters
• Monitoring patient progress
• Creating meal plans to meet the needs of different types of patients
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals on nutrition needs of patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
