We are a leading business and professional services company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We offer a wide range of services such as business strategy consulting, financial, legal and IT solutions. Our company is looking to fill an Office Assistant position at our office in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description

The Office Assistant position is a full time role and is responsible for providing daily administrative and clerical support to the rest of the team. This will involve tasks such as answering phones and emails, preparing documents, data entry, assisting with office tasks, ordering supplies, and working closely with other members of the team.

The ideal candidate for this position should be organized, personable and able to communicate clearly with clients and employees.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in related field
β€’ At least one year of experience as an Office Assistant.
β€’ Solid computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
