Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our company in Khawr Fakkan. The Office Assistant is a responsible position and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a professional office atmosphere. The job entails greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, processing and responding to mail, general administration tasks, providing clerical assistance to other staff, monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements, filing, and processing documentation.
