Clean all kitchen surfaces and remove rubbish

• Wash and clean kitchen equipment and appliances
• keep the food and supply storage areas organised and clean
• Sort, store and distribute cooking ingredients
• Wash, peel, chop and cut food ingredients as required
• help to prepare dishes, weight ingredients and check supplies
• assist in packing food items and beverage for serving
• re-stocking and put away food and other supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
