• 5+ years of experience in upstream petroleum engineering
• Proven experience and ability to manage complex projects
• Proficient in oil reservoir management and reservoir-simulation software
• Working knowledge of exploration, drilling and production operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
